The Val di Fassa is a tourist destination in Trentino Alto Adige which, in winter, becomes a paradise for skiers and snowboarders. It is knownn internationally and is home to many great athletes: Christian Zorzi, Christian Deville, Stefano Gross and others, patrons of the highest podiums in the world ski rankings.
The Val di Fassa Ski Area offers more than 220 km and 115 runs in 9 different ski areas: Belvedere-Pordoi, Ciampac Fedaia-Marmolada, Col Rodella-Sella Pass, Buffaure, Rosengarten-Ciampedie and Karerpass Carezza and Alpe di Lusia- San Pellegrino-Falcade, all interlinked, on ski, on foot or by convenient ski-bus services.
The offer is completed by 3 skitours e 4 snowparks, with also the possibility to go beyond the boundaries of the Val di Fassa, thanks to links with the Sellaronda (Giro dei quattro passi) and with Dolomiti Superski.
The ski season lasts from December to April, thanks to the perfect snow conditions guaranteed by the advanced snowmaking system. There is no shortage of varieties: there are easy and sunny paths, reference points for beginners and families, or more technical slopes with high speed lines is particularly sought after by veterans of the ski.
The last generation links are ensured by 86 modern lifts that provide a fast and efficient transport at high altitude.
