• PRICE FOR BED AND BREAKFAST: for bed and breakfast 18.00 euro will be deducted from the price indicated in the price list.
• PRICE FOR FULL BOARD: only in summer, with supplement of 19,00-28,00 euro per person per day.
• DOUBLE ROOM FOR SINGLE USE: For the use of a double room for single use a 50% surcharge on the price listed applies.
• DISCOUNTS: 10% of discount for the 3^rd and the 4rth person in the room for all room categories.
• CHILDREN IN ROOM WITH PARENTS:
  Children under 2 year old, in a baby cot if required, with supplement of 30,00 euro per day;

• CHECK-IN: Rooms are available from 14.00 on the day of arrival.
  In case of arrival after 18.00, please inform the Reception.

EARLY CHECK-IN: check-in before 14.00 upon availability, with supplement of 50,00 euro per room.

• CHECK-OUT: Rooms are available until 11.00 am on the day of departure.

LATE CHECK OUT: on request and depending on availability it is possible to use the room after 11.00 am on the day of departure, with supplement of 50,00 euro per person. Access to the Wellness Centre and afternoon buffet are included. Dinner excluded.

• PRE-TERM DEPARTURE: In case of prescheduled departure or late arrival the total amount of stay will be charged.
• ROOM SERVICE: Breakfast, lunch and dinner can be served in the room with supplement of 5,00 euro per service.
• INTERNET: Wireless connection is available in the whole building, free of charge.

The reservation is considered confirmed after the payment of 400.00 Euros per room within 7 days from the date of receiving of our confirmation, by giving a credit card  number and expiry date or by sending a bank transfer to the following account :

CANCELLATION POLICY:

No penalty for cancellations communicated at least 30 days prior to arrival date; the deposit paid will be refunded in full.

A voucher of the total deposit value will be issued in case of cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival, if “cancellation guarantee” is applied at the cost of 50, 00 euro per person per week (free of charge for children under 14 years old). This voucher will be valid for 6 months from the date of cancellation.

In case, if “cancellation guarantee” is not paid the total amount of deposit for the reservation is not refundable.

The cost of “cancellation guarantee” (50, 00 euro per person) is not refundable.

In order to activate “cancellation guarantee” you need to add 50, 00 euro per person per week to your deposit amount.
